Get explicit and verifiable consent to protect your brand and your clients

User-generated content campaigns (such as Instagram and Twitter hashtag contests) can deliver a wealth of photos, videos and product reviews from your customers and brand ambassadors. Use ShortStack’s rights management tool to get explicit permission to use that content.

Automatically collect user-generated content

On Instagram and Twitter, ShortStack’s rights management tool monitors one or more hashtags you specify and collects entries from the posts that contain those hashtags.

“We have done our due diligence over the years and researched other, similar products and have yet to discover a better platform for our purposes and one that continues to evolve within the space.”

Request permission to use UGC

When you see content on Instagram and Twitter you’d like permission to use, ShortStack leaves the poster a comment asking for their consent. When they reply “yes,” ShortStack detects the reply and notifies you that you’re free to use the content.

For example: “We love your photo! We’d like to share it on our website and social channels. To give us permission, please reply with “#yesyoucan.”

"Working and collaborating with Adam and the team at ShortStack on our custom campaign was fantastic. ShortStack was able to take our design and make it into an integrated and interactive campaign. It allowed us to create a professional looking and engaging campaign within a budget we could afford."

Promote UGC across your channels

Now that you have a record of the communication and explicit permission to use the content, take advantage of this user-generated content for all of your marketing efforts.
"We worked with ShortStack to have their team build a custom app for a Valentine's promotion. We were in a bit of a time crunch, but ShortStack got the app designed, built and published really quickly. We ultimately created a lot of buzz around our product – which was our #1 goal. It also turned out to be a great PR move because the app got mentioned on a bunch of blogs and in other media."
